Welcome to AI-Fun. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI-Fun (the "Service"), operated by Mudassir Syed ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AI-Fun is an interactive online course for learning AI and LLM fundamentals. The Service includes written lessons, code execution in a hosted environment, and an AI tutor feature. Some phases are available for free; advanced phases require a one-time paid purchase ("Pro Access").
You must create an account to access certain features, including the AI tutor and Pro content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Pro Access is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to advanced course phases (currently Fine-Tuning and RAG), including any future phases added to the Pro tier (such as upcoming Agent-focused phases), at no additional cost. The current price is $29 USD. Prices may be adjusted based on regional purchasing power. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
Interactive code cells run on third-party cloud infrastructure (currently mybinder.org). This service is provided "as is" and may experience delays or downtime outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live code execution.
The AI tutor feature uses third-party AI models to provide educational assistance. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The AI tutor is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific learning outcomes or career goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
