Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI-Fun collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — when you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and authentication details (e.g. Google/GitHub login info if you use those options).
  • Usage data — which course phases you've accessed, completed, and your progress through the course (stored locally in your browser).
  • Payment information — if you purchase Pro Access, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details — Lemon Squeezy handles this directly.
  • Tutor conversations — questions you ask the AI tutor are sent to a third-party AI provider (Groq) to generate responses. We do not permanently store tutor conversation content.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide access to the course and Pro content
  • To verify your account and manage Pro Access entitlements
  • To send you course-related updates and announcements, if you opt in
  • To improve the course based on aggregate usage patterns

Email Communications

If you opt in during sign-up, we may send you occasional emails about new course phases, tips, and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
